Installation & Maintenance Technician-
Job Location: Throughout the state of Ohio
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Performs all types of cable maintenance work associated with all network facilities including repairs on cross-connections to switching equipment. Performs all duties associated with the installation, removals, rearrangements and maintenance of single line station equipment and associated apparatus. Performs installation, removal, rearrangement, maintenance and substitution on pair gain devices (e.g., Subscriber Carrier).

Repairs and rehabilitates drop wire, station protector and grounding.

Installs, maintains and/or repairs network facilities and associated apparatus from the station equipment to the line card; performs other related duties.

Performs all voice, data and video services, rearrangements associated with work order.
Skills/Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience.

Must be able to work any shift assigned, which may include emergency callouts, weekends and holidays.

Requires high level of customer contact to ensure customer satisfaction.

Must possess the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the above duties associated with minimum supervision.

Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

Employees will receive Truck and Tool compensation along with Per Diem pay (if applicable). Note: Truck and Tool pay is treated as 1099-MISC Rents and requires employees to pay their own taxes for all monies earned as Truck and Tool payment. Per diem is non-taxable.
