If your company chooses our temporary or temporary to permanent hiring options, your new hire will stay on our payroll allowing you to avoid adding temporary employees to your payroll and be sure that all employees are a good fit before becoming permanent.

-What are Harris-McBurney Staffing’s hiring options?

How does invoicing work?

Your company pays a predetermined rate for each hour that the employee works for temporary employees or a one-time finder’s fee for direct hires. You only pay for the hours the employee works each week. There is no cost to our candidates.

-How long can a company use a temporary employee?

A temporary employee is able to stay on our payroll as long as you like. After the first 520 invoice hours, we reduce our rate.
